CROVESPA, the main international meeting of Vespa club Croatia, will be held in the capital city and organized by Vespa Club Zagreb. We are celebrating 50th anniversary of the historic founding of the first Vespa club in Croatia (and ex-Yugoslavia) - Vespa Club Zagreb AMD Rade Koncar, founded and chaired by the legendary Mr. Matko Hvala.
Back in 1960. Vespas were mainly driven by wealthier academic citizens and it was more of a status symbol. But popularization of the club and attraction of GS150 and later GS160 in the style and sport sense led to more citizens fulfilling their long wish to own this wonderful vehicle. Three years later, in 1963. the club and its 150 members activities culminated in the organizational sense by organizing the first international Vespa meeting..
Since the first CROVESPA (under this name), held in 2007. in Zadar, growing number of participants and improved organization is fulfilling our desire to thank our dear predecessors from the 60's by having better and better meetings with our international Vespa friends. Being a candidate for the Vespa World Days 2013, we believe that winning the organization of this main event will be the best way to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first international Vespa meeting, as we like to call it, the first Crovespa. |

The program of this year's Crovespa is a little different than usual. The Organizational Comitee has decided to set the program to be more fun and parties, although the group ride will of course be one of the main events.

By registering and paying the fee on time you are directly affecting the quality of the meeting. As a non-profit organization, Vespa Club Croatia is not very interesting to sponsors particularly in this economic situation so we are forced to charge the participants with almost all we are offering but without any personal profit whatsoever, as you can see below. Most of all, we will do our best so that every participant is satisfied. Thank you for understanding.
